台高院驳回羁押裁定陈水扁会被放出来吗
在狱中两度绝食的陈水扁这两天恢复了食欲，因为台北地院对他的羁押裁定，日前遭台湾高等法院驳回。岛内舆论关注的是，被关60多天的陈水扁有没有可能被放出来？

2月27日，刚刚在台北地方法院召开的羁押庭上，被法官裁定还押待审的陈水扁收到了一个“好怎么判断是白癜风消息”，台湾高等法院驳回了台北地院对他的羁押裁定。
两个月来，“捉放扁”的戏码已演成了“连续剧”，其中的波澜起伏，颇让人眼花缭乱。台湾高院曾于去年底驳回台北地院无保释放扁的裁决，认为扁罪嫌重大，可能逃亡串证，应当羁押。但时隔两个月，高院的新裁定却与上次截然相反。裁定书说，看不出有多少证据证明扁犯罪嫌疑重大，不能把以往权贵弃保潜逃的例子，当作继续羁押的理由，台北地院羁押陈水扁的条件不足，发回重审。
白癜风的初期 这是否意味着陈水扁可能出狱？扁的律师郑文龙说，高院合议庭支持律师群的见解，未来地院撤销羁押或停止羁押的可能性很大。他并说，陈水扁对这一消息感到很高兴，低落沮丧心情明显好转。
不过，3月1日北上探视陈水扁的高雄议员郑新助转述陈水扁的话说，扁再次强调自己的官司是政治迫害，也不乐观自己下周三出庭，能够顺利换得自由。
虽然高院裁决对于地院并无直接约束力，但舆论认为，高等法院撤销台北地院原裁定，压力转换到地初期白癜风用什么药院审判长蔡守训这一边，是否继续羁押陈水扁，已经出现重大变数。

为了谋求自救，陈水扁在狱中不断出招有目共睹。不断爆出政治人物的“猛料”，把水搅浑寻求突破点，是扁的“绝招”之一。最新的一则爆料，是所谓“亲密光碟”。陈水扁在法庭上说，马英九白癜风做手术多少钱和张玮津的先生有一片“亲密光碟”落入张玮津的手中，后来被特侦组检察官吴文忠压下来才没有曝光。
此事最早在“2008大选”时爆出，本来就是子虚乌有，但陈水扁庭讯时突然翻炒端出，竟令台湾社会又围绕这个话题兜了一圈。
民进党“立院”总召柯建铭在陈水扁之后接力爆料，指称他与张玮津及检察官吴文忠3人曾当面讨论过光盘的事，言谈中发现吴文忠应该看过光盘。
始终对光碟闪烁其辞的谢长廷则再次发表声明说，自己并未持有光碟，但这件事的重点是马敢不敢承认的问题。
